I'm a licensed clinical therapist, in practice since 2006. I treat individuals, couples, adolescents (12 and over) and families who are going through a time of difficulty, suffering or crisis. My office is located in Los Feliz.

I practice a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Narrative Storytelling, and strengths based therapies.
My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and find the best in yourself and your life. I want you to walk away from your sessions with some new idea, tool, or practical skill to apply in your daily life.
My focus is to help individuals become aware of their strengths. The good news is you already do, think and feel many good and beneficial things for yourself. These things can get lost in the turmoil of your busy life, ongoing stressors, trauma, and your own inner dialogue. My job is to help you value your strengths and bring them to the forefront with the use of talk therapy and mindfulness.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience. Mindfulness teaches us we are supposed to feel these emotions, and they can be beneficial to us. They can also spiral out of control and hurt us more. My goal is to help you understand your emotions, reign them in, and use them to your advantage.
Parenting is a joyful, exciting, terrifying experience that can veer off in directions we never expected. From conception to postpartum depression, co-parenting, and general discipline skills, I will help you and your child navigate life's experiences and find the best in them. Adolescents ages 12 and up are able to come in for individual therapy.
